# How to build an authority content plan in 30 days

You post often, but the numbers do not move. One video does well, the next three disappear. The problem is rarely effort: each post is born alone, without research, without a sequence and without knowing which audience question it answers.

An **authority content plan** fixes that. It starts from what your audience already looks for and from what already works in your niche, and turns it into a calendar where every post has a reason to exist.

## 1\. List 10 keywords and 10 reference creators

Start with two lists. In the first, 10 words tied to your market: the terms your customer would use to describe the problem you solve. In the second, 10 creators you admire in your segment, ideally five from your country and five from abroad. Profiles from other countries show formats and hooks that are not saturated where you are.

## 2\. Find your audience questions

Every keyword hides questions: “how to start”, “how much does it cost”, “is it worth it”, “what is the difference between”. Each question is the seed of a video that brings a solution. Whoever answers the right questions becomes the reference on the subject.

## 3\. Study what already performs

In the reference profiles, look at the posts with engagement well above average. Note how they open (the hook), how they organize the explanation (the structure) and how they are recorded (the format). You will not copy them: you will understand the pattern and apply it to your own experience.

## 4\. Build the calendar with a mix of goals

Set a period and a frequency you can sustain. Then split the goals: some posts to reach new people (awareness), some to deepen the relationship (engagement) and a smaller share to spark reactions. A profile that only teaches grows slowly; a profile that only provokes burns its reputation.

## How Creathoria does this work

In Creathoria, you fill in your brand brief once, add keywords and reference profiles, and choose the period, frequency, audience and goal mix. The platform analyzes the reference posts, gathers your audience questions and delivers a calendar where every post has a topic, hook, structure and format. The full script is generated when you decide to record.

## What changes after 30 days

With a plan, you stop waking up without knowing what to post. Every piece reinforces the previous one, and your profile starts being remembered for a subject. Start with today's two lists: they are the base for everything else.
