Version 2.0 — Last updated: October 3, 2026
These Partner Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern participation in the referral program of Creathoria, operated by IT Desenvolvimento de Software ME ("Creathoria", "we"), and supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which remain fully applicable.
You accept these Program Terms by checking the acceptance option in the partner dashboard, whether when registering your payout details or when applying as an external partner. Acceptance of the current version is a condition for requesting withdrawals. If you do not agree with any provision, do not participate in the Program.

1.1. The Partner Program rewards you for referring new paying customers to Creathoria. Each partner receives a unique referral link and code. When a project is attributed to you and starts paying a subscription, you receive a commission calculated on the amount actually received for that subscription.
1.2. Compensation arises exclusively from real subscription revenue. There is no payment for sign-ups, for joining the Program, for recruiting partners, or for the mere creation of accounts. There is no entry fee, mandatory purchase, or investment required to participate. The Program is not a pyramid scheme, a recruitment-based multi-level marketing scheme, or an investment offer.
1.3. Referred customers may receive a first-purchase discount, under the conditions displayed at the time of purchase. This discount does not stack with other coupons: the one most advantageous to the customer prevails, and the referral remains attributed to you.
2.1. Customer partner. Every Creathoria user automatically has a referral link and code.
2.2. To generate commissions, the customer partner must have an active Creathoria subscription (as owner, administrator, or editor of a project with an active subscription) on the date the referred customer's invoice is paid. If on that date the subscription is canceled or suspended, the commission corresponding to that invoice will not be generated or retroactively recovered.
2.3. External partner. Those who are not customers may participate as an external partner, without a project or subscription in Creathoria. Application requires a valid CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer ID) and a brief description of how you intend to promote Creathoria, and is subject to prior manual approval by our team, as a rule within 2 business days. The result is communicated by email. While the application is pending, or if it is rejected, no commission is generated, and there is no retroactive recovery after approval. Users with an active subscription participate as customer partners, not as external partners.
2.4. Requirements to receive payments. To receive payments, you must:
2.5. Once submitted and verified, the payout details are locked for editing and can only be changed by request to support, subject to new verification.
2.6. A single CPF or CNPJ may be linked to only one partner account.
3.1. Forms of attribution. The referral is attributed when the customer: (i) accesses Creathoria through your referral link; or (ii) enters your referral code at sign-up or when purchasing the subscription.
3.2. First partner. The first valid referral registered prevails. If the visitor later accesses another partner's link, the original attribution is maintained.
3.3. Link window. The code obtained through the link is stored in the visitor's browser for approximately 30 days. If the account is created or the subscription purchased after that period, or in another browser or device, without a new access to the link and without entering the code, there will be no attribution.
3.4. Finality. Each project can only be referred once. Attribution is permanent and irreversible, and we do not make manual or retroactive attributions, even if the customer confirms having been referred by you.
3.5. Prohibition of self-referral. It is prohibited to refer yourself, projects of which you are an owner or member, companies of which you are a partner, holder, or administrator, or people with whom you share a payment method, tax document, device, or address for the purpose of obtaining commission. In addition to the checks at registration, at each payment we verify whether the referred customer and the partner share a registration with the payment processor, CPF/CNPJ, or card. The only exception is the approved Agency Partner, under clauses 3.6 to 3.11.
3.6. Agency Partner. Marketing agencies, social media agencies, and other providers that manage third-party brands may request registration as an Agency Partner in the payout details form. Once the registration is approved, the projects you create in your own account for your clients are treated as valid referrals, and not as self-referral.
3.7. Registration and approval. Registration requires the agency's name, website, Instagram profile, and address (LinkedIn optional). Approval is prior, manual, and discretionary: it may be refused without entitlement to compensation and may be revoked at any time if the data is false or outdated, or if you cease to manage third-party brands. After approval, changes to the agency data are made by support.
3.8. What approval unlocks. Creathoria defines, at approval and case by case, whether the projects registered by you (i) generate commission and (ii) receive the first-purchase discount. The conditions applicable to your agency are recorded in your partner dashboard and may be reviewed in a new analysis, without effect on commissions already posted.
3.9. Projects registered before approval. Projects created before approval remain registered as a referral, but are held: they do not generate payment nor count toward your tier until approval is granted. Once the registration is approved, Creathoria may release these held referrals, in whole or in part, including as to invoices already paid — this is a discretionary option of Creathoria, and not a vested right. If the registration is rejected, the held referrals are canceled, with the record kept for auditing and possible re-analysis.
3.10. Display of the agency to customers. In projects managed by an approved Agency Partner, the agency's name, email, photo, website, and Instagram may be displayed to the project members, so that the customer can identify who manages the account.
3.11. Agency Partner responsibilities. You declare that you have authorization from your clients to register and manage the brands on their behalf and you are responsible for the data you enter. Registering projects without a real client, duplicating projects of the same client, or splitting one client into several projects to increase commission are prohibited conduct (clause 7) and result in cancellation of the corresponding commissions. If you cease to declare yourself an agency, the benefits cease to apply to future projects.
4.1. Calculation basis. The commission is calculated on the amount actually received in each subscription invoice paid by the referred customer, in reais, after discounts and coupons. The following are not included in the basis: amounts not received, canceled, refunded, or disputed invoices, free trial periods, promotional credits, and one-off credit packs. Prorated charges for plan changes (upgrades) are included in the basis.
4.2. Tiers and percentages. The Program is progressive: the percentage of your commission varies according to the number of active and paying direct referrals you maintain. The current tiers, their limits, and percentages are always available in your partner dashboard, which prevails over any promotional material.
4.3. Levels. You also receive a smaller, decreasing percentage on the revenue generated by the referrals of the partners that you referred, up to 3 levels deep, provided that you meet the requirements of clause 2 on the date of each payment. The percentages for each level appear in the dashboard.
4.4. Freezing of parameters. The applicable percentage and tier are determined and recorded at the moment each invoice is paid. Later changes to your tier do not recalculate commissions already posted, upward or downward.
4.5. Program version. Each referral is tied to the version of the Program in force on the date it was attributed, including as to duration, levels, and the tier table. New versions apply to referrals attributed from their effective date.
4.6. Duration. The commission is due on invoices paid within the first 12 months counted from the payment of the referred customer's first invoice. After this window ends, that customer no longer generates new commissions, even if the subscription remains active. Interruptions, suspensions, or defaults do not extend the window.
4.7. Annual plans. For annual subscriptions, the commission is determined upon payment of the invoice and divided into 12 monthly installments: the first becomes available after the waiting period in clause 5.1 and the others, one each month. Installments not yet released are canceled in case of refund, cancellation, or dispute of the subscription.
4.8. Currency. Commissions are determined and paid in Brazilian reais (BRL). When the customer's price is displayed in another currency, the charge is made in reais with the conversion disclosed to them, and the commission is calculated on the amount in reais actually charged.
5.1. Waiting period. Each commission is unavailable for 30 days counted from the payment of the invoice that originated it, to cover the usual window for refunds and disputes.
5.2. Minimum amount. Withdrawal may only be requested when the available balance reaches the minimum of R$ 100.00.
5.3. Processing fee. Each withdrawal is subject to a processing fee of R$ 7.50, deducted from the amount withdrawn.
5.4. Request. Withdrawal depends on your request through the dashboard; there is no automatic payment. Each request covers the entire available balance at that moment, which is then reserved. You may only have one open request at a time.
5.5. Payment. Payments are made exclusively by PIX, to the key held by the registered CPF or CNPJ holder, within 15 business days from the request. A mismatch between the key holder and the registered document prevents payment.
5.6. Change of PIX key. For security, any change of the PIX key suspends withdrawals for 72 hours. After the payout details are locked (clause 2.5), the change can only be made by support.
5.7. Expiry of balance. Available balances not withdrawn for 24 consecutive months, with an inactive account and after notice to the registered email, may be canceled.
This clause is essential and you should read it carefully.
6.1. If the invoice that originated a commission is refunded, canceled, or disputed (chargeback), in whole or in part, the corresponding commission will be reversed in the same proportion.
6.2. Commissions not yet paid to you are canceled or reduced proportionally.
6.3. If the commission has already been paid or is reserved for withdrawal, the reversal will be posted as a debit to your statement, which may make your balance negative. New commissions will be automatically offset against the negative balance until it is settled, and no new withdrawal will be released while the balance is negative.
6.4. In case of termination of your participation with a negative balance resulting from proven fraud, Creathoria may collect the amount by the applicable legal means.
7.1. The following are expressly prohibited, among other conduct:
7.2. Monitoring. We use automated risk analysis systems that consider, among other signals, matching device, IP address, email, payment method, tax document, links between accounts, and sign-up patterns. Referrals classified as high risk have their commissions automatically canceled; those of intermediate risk are held for manual review. The processing of this data follows the Privacy Policy.
7.3. Consequences. Upon finding a violation, we may, individually or cumulatively: cancel pending and available commissions, refuse withdrawal requests, block the referred project in case of payment dispute, terminate your participation in the Program, and suspend or terminate your Creathoria account.
7.4. Challenge and review. You may challenge any decision, including those made in an automated manner, by email at contato@creathoria.com within 30 days. The analysis will consider the recorded evidence and will be carried out by a member of our team. Creathoria's decision after analyzing the challenge is final, without prejudice to your legal rights.
8.1. Commissions constitute taxable income and are paid on a strictly commercial basis.
8.2. You are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying the taxes due on the amounts received, according to your legal nature (individual or legal entity) and the applicable tax regime.
8.3. Creathoria may withhold taxes at source and require a tax document when legislation so determines, and will make the applicable statements available.
8.4. The Program does not create an employment, partnership, commercial representation, franchise, or exclusivity relationship between you and Creathoria. You act independently and at your own risk.
9.1. We may change percentages, tiers, deadlines, minimum amounts, fees, and other rules at any time, by publishing a new version of these Program Terms and giving notice to the registered email at least 30 days in advance.
9.2. Commissions already posted are not recalculated due to later changes, and referrals already attributed follow the version of the Program to which they are tied (clause 4.5).
9.3. To request new withdrawals after a new version takes effect, you must accept it in the dashboard. If you do not agree, you may terminate your participation and withdraw the available balance, subject to the minimum and the waiting period.
10.1. You may terminate your participation at any time, by email to the contact address. The available balance remains withdrawable, subject to the minimum amount and the waiting period; new commissions cease to be generated.
10.2. We may terminate your participation, upon notice, in case of violation of these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, or the law. In case of proven fraud, termination is immediate and pending and available commissions are canceled.
10.3. We may discontinue the Program as a whole upon 30 days' notice. In that case, available balances and commissions already generated will be honored.
11.1. The partner's data (CPF or CNPJ, name or company name, PIX key, photos of the identification document, partner photo, agency data, record of acceptance, IP, and device identifiers) is processed to operate the Program, make payments, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.2. Payments are processed by Asaas, which receives the data necessary for the PIX transfer.
12.1. Tolerance of non-compliance with any provision does not imply waiver or novation.
12.2. The possible nullity of a clause does not affect the validity of the others.
12.3. These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
12.4. The venue of the judicial district (comarca) of the partner's domicile, when a consumer, or that of Pará de Minas/MG in other cases, is elected to settle disputes arising from these Program Terms.
