Can I start for free?
Yes. When you create your account you start for free, with credits to get to know the planner and see your first pieces in your brand's voice. Then just pick the plan that fits you. There's no lock-in: cancel anytime.
What is a credit?
It is the unit of AI usage. Each action uses credits according to its effort: image post 1, video up to 3 minutes 2 (plus 1 per extra minute), carousel 3, chat message 2, script 4, profile dossier 10 (up to 30 posts) or 20 (up to 100 posts) and a calendar of up to 30 ideas 20. Loading a profile's posts uses no credits.
How many credits do I need?
Planning a month of content with research on three references, scripts and chat conversations uses about 250 to 370 credits. Starter covers that routine for one brand, Creator for up to three, and Agency gives about 400 credits per brand.
Which networks are included?
Starter researches and plans content for Instagram. Creator and Agency also include YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
I run an agency with many clients. Which plan should I use?
Agency includes 10 brands, 10 users and 4,000 credits per month, shared across brands. Need more brands? Add blocks of 5 extra brands. For heavy research, combine credit packs with automatic top-up.
What happens when my credits run out?
You get warnings at 70%, 90% and 100% of the allowance. After that, AI actions use credits bought in packs of 500, 2,000 or 10,000 credits, and you can turn on automatic top-up with a per-cycle cap. With no balance left, AI actions pause until renewal; the rest of the platform stays available.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away, charged pro rata for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. The plan's monthly allowance resets every cycle and does not roll over, including on annual plans. Credits bought in packs never expire.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. The subscription is monthly or annual and can be canceled anytime. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Which currency am I charged in?
Billing is in Brazilian real (BRL) or US dollar (USD), set automatically from your billing location. Card payments are processed by Asaas; USD prices are charged in BRL at the day's exchange rate.
